Q: How far will you ship a product?
A: We will ship anywhere within Canada.

Q: How does the pickup option work?
A: You choose "Local Pick Up" as the shipping option when checking out. We pick your order and email you when it is ready for pick up.( you will require proof of purchase)

Q: Are there Items not in your inventory that can be ordered?
A: We are willing to go the extra mile for our clients, if you want something we will do our best to find it for you. Email us with your request.

Q: What methods of Shipment do you offer?
A: We use Canada post to ship our products.

Q: How do I return or exchange an item?
A: Contact us by email to arrange any returns or exchanges. There are no returns on food items and cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Q: Do you offer bulk buying discounts?
A: In certain instances, we are able to offer bulk buying discounts, please contact us to discuss your needs.
